2. Booking & Reservation Policy
- All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking.
- Rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes as required by New York law.
- Special rates, discounts, or promotions are non-transferable and subject to availability.
3. Check-In / Check-Out
- Check-in time: 3:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM.
- Early check-in and late check-out requests may incur additional fees and are subject to availability.
- Valid government-issued photo identification and the credit card used for booking are required at check-in.
4. Identification & Payment Requirements
Guests must present a valid ID (driver’s license, passport, or government-issued ID) and a matching credit card at check-in. The Lexington Plaza reserves the right to pre-authorize the card for the full stay amount plus incidentals.
5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- Cancellations must be made in accordance with the policy displayed during booking or stated in your confirmation email.
- Failure to cancel within the required period may result in a charge equal to one night’s stay or full booking value, depending on the rate plan.
- No-shows will be charged in full unless otherwise stated.
- Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period.
6. Smoking Policy
The Lexington Plaza Hotel maintains a 100% smoke-free environment. Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms, corridors, and public areas. A $300 cleaning fee will apply if smoking is detected in any non-smoking area.
7. Pet Policy
Pets are not permitted on the property unless stated otherwise in your booking confirmation or service animal exceptions under ADA guidelines. Unauthorized pets may incur a cleaning fee and/or eviction.
8. Visitor & Noise Policy
Visitors are permitted between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM and must be registered at the front desk. Parties and loud disturbances are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM to respect all guests.
9. Damage & Incident Fees
Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property, furnishings, or fixtures during their stay. The Lexington Plaza reserves the right to charge the guest’s credit card for repair, replacement, or cleaning costs as determined by hotel management.
10. Lost & Found
Items left behind will be logged and stored for 30 days. Guests may contact the hotel to arrange shipment of recovered items at their own expense. The hotel is not responsible for lost or unclaimed property after this period.
11. Safety & Security
For guest safety, The Lexington Plaza is equipped with 24-hour surveillance in common areas. Guests must comply with all posted safety notices and emergency procedures. Tampering with safety devices (e.g., smoke detectors, sprinklers) is strictly prohibited and may result in eviction or fines.
12. Parking Policy
Valet or self-parking may be available on-site or through nearby facilities. The Lexington Plaza is not liable for loss or damage to vehicles or personal belongings left inside vehicles.
13. Governing Law
These hotel policies are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in New York County, NY.
